I stayed in room 16, which overlooked the back of the building. It was very quiet. the reception staff were really good. They were knowledgeable and kind. i received great assistance with bar and dinner suggestions from miriana at the front desk. she helped me with bookings and transfers. Her professionalism was a bonus.
i found that you need to get a taxi from the airport or you will struggle to find it.

the hotel is near the main road via toledo, which makes many attractions walkable. the coast is easily accessible. getting around is easy with uber available for places that are further away.

The hotel has spacious rooms and nice common facilities. It is very clean. breakfasts provided everything i might want, a great start to the day. the hotel even provided us with a breakfast in our room when we had an early tour departure.

The breakfast was good. It included cakes, croissants, fruits, cheese, and hams. i could also ask for toast and either an omelette or scrambled eggs. they offered a wide variety of options, catering well to gluten and dairy-free diets.

The staff were very attentive. They responded to requests in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The included breakfast was great and offered many choices.
The building is shared with other businesses, so you have to buzz to get in.

I found the staff supportive, especially when the airline misplaced my suitcase. They helped me call the airport and tracked updates online throughout the day. the beds were very comfortable, and the morning coffee in the breakfast bar was lovely. i appreciated their assistance. the room was surprisingly quiet too.
finding the hotel tucked away inside a tiny street presented a small challenge. the initial access required navigating some stairs before reaching the elevator.

the queen suite spa bath included intricate plaster scroll work and covings and also featured high, 6-meter ceilings. a separate jacuzzi and a good shower room complemented the spacious layout. the bed was huge and decor tasteful.

the hotel is close to the marina and the main square. i suggest arranging taxi service from the airport, as navigating to the hotel can be a bit tricky initially. its central position is a real plus.

The rooms were spacious and clean, I had a pleasant surprise. I loved the ceilings. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, this was nice. The location was great for exploring nearby sites.
The hotel was somewhat difficult to find upon arrival. It was a bit confusing. The area around the hotel did not feel entirely safe at night, I noticed that. My room had inadequate lighting, this.
